My name is Malak Abu Al-Najaaj, and I’m passionate about the world of travel—a world that helped me explore what’s inside me even before I discovered what’s out there.

I began my travel journey at the age of 19 when I decided to explore the world through global cultural exchange experiences. To this day, I’ve visited over 30 countries around the globe.

In addition to my passion for travel, I choose to combine this world with my passion for engineering and project management. That’s how I joined HomeAwe as a Community Manager and head of the Empowerment Program in the country.

My journey with HomeAwe began with volunteering for digital nomads in Bulgaria, followed by leading group trips in Switzerland. Today, I’m leading workshops for the Empowerment Project—aimed at strengthening our people, enhancing their abilities, and preparing volunteers to participate in programs that demand a new mindset and expose them to a world full of opportunities, passion, and life-changing experiences.
