Baker's journey spans the worlds of management, mental health, and technology—but at its core, it's fueled by his deep passion for people and for life itself.

He holds academic degrees in Computer Science, Psychology, and Business Administration, along with advanced certifications in psychotherapy, project management, community work, and negotiation. His professional experience includes business development, team leadership, growth strategy implementation, and consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. He has also led workshops and events in entrepreneurship and mental health, training hundreds of young people in tools for personal and professional growth.

Despite this rich professional path, Baker chose to pause the race and travel solo for 8 months across South America. There—among people, mountains, and forests—he began to clearly hear his inner voice. What started as a trip became a lifestyle: solo travel, cultural encounters, and discovering new sides of himself.

He has led youth and volunteer groups in different countries around the world, and with every experience, he became more convinced that what we truly need isn’t more achievements—but more meaning.

From this search for meaning, he joined HomeAwe as General Manager and Tech Lead, transforming his personal journey into a shared vision. Today, he blends his academic and professional background with his passion for travel and human connection, leading HomeAwe into new spaces of growth, impact, and belonging.

As a psychotherapist and group facilitator, Baker believes travel is not just an escape or entertainment—it’s a real tool for self-understanding, breaking barriers, and reordering life's questions.
