Siba is from the city of Nazareth in northern Palestine. She is a third-year veterinary student at the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). She has a deep passion and interest in animals, especially wild animals.

It all began when she decided to take on her first solo volunteering experience in South Africa, working alongside veterinarians and wild animals. There, she realized how magnificent these creatures truly are.

Everywhere she went, she kept hearing the same phrase: “You're the first Arab woman to volunteer here.” That inspired her to start a veterinary page on Instagram to raise awareness about animals in general and to share her volunteering experiences in hopes of encouraging more people to do the same.

Blending travel with working with animals is what she dreams of doing for the rest of her life.

As she continues this inspiring journey, Siba aspires to dive deeper into different cultures by volunteering in remote places around the world. Her continuous drive for personal growth and her desire to challenge norms and break barriers are what fuel her passion and embody the vision of HomeAwe.
