Volunteers commit around 25 hours of support during the festival, while still having plenty of time to fully enjoy the experience.
Volunteer roles include:
Supporting the opening event and helping with organization and coordination ๐
Engaging with the crowd and presenting sessions as an MC ๐ค
Helping in the kitchen: preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner ๐ฝ๏ธ
Cleaning up after meals (washing dishes and glasses) ๐งผ
Cleaning the house, rooms, and common areas ๐งน
Working the indoor bar inside the cabin ๐น
Setting up and organizing workshop/event spaces ๐ช
Assisting with airport transfers (for those with a driver’s license) ๐
Helping with festival supply runs from grocery stores ๐
Accommodation:
Volunteers will stay together in a private villa with a sauna, creating a fun, social, and supportive atmosphere that strengthens relationships and teamwork.
Meals:
Three meals a day are included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for all volunteers during the entire program.
Local restaurants and grocery shops are nearby for anyone who wants to try additional local food.
The program includes a festival pass that gives you access to free bus rides and nearby activities.

Festival Location: Leysin, Switzerland, nestled in the Alps near the Italian and French borders. The area is stunning, surrounded by mountains, rivers, waterfalls, traditional Swiss farms ๐ฎ, and charming villages.
Getting to Switzerland:
Book a flight to:
Geneva Airport (GVA) โ the nearest major airport
From the airport to Leysin:
From Geneva Airport, go to the train station (inside or near the airport)
Take a train to St-Branchet โ the closest station to the volunteer site
Book your train ticket online in advance or buy it at the station
From St-Branchet, take a bus (10โ15 minutes) to the nearby bus stop
Walk 5โ10 minutes to the villa, or contact the local team to arrange a pickup

Volunteers can choose to extend their stay for 2, 3, or 4 weeks if desired.
Volunteers must arrive at least 3 days before the festival begins.
You must register at least one month in advance to secure your spot.
